What Did I Do Wrong???

I copyed John madden 2001 pS2 game to a CD-RW and I have a Burnt Boot Disk that is also on a CD-RW. but they wont work on play playstation2! need help on how to do it right!

The PS2 will not read cd rw. It will only read cd r or dvd r.
