VCD burning in Nero. Keep getting buffer underrun error.

I have burned vcd's before but now it is giving me this error. What do i need to do

You will normally get Buffer Underrun when Burning Disk 2 Disk, to remedy this write the disk to Hard Drive the Burn it, Lower your Burning speed or get Burn Proof technology Burners.
