NEO4 PS2 mod chip for $60

NEO4 mod chip for $60 actually make it $40. It's good for NTSC and PAL version 4 board. MSG me or send an email to [email protected] with NEO4 subject and ask ant questions. I purchased it from www.modcip.ca and the tech who couldn't install it said it was good only for the 1a and 1b version. I have a 1c and for that i had to buy a 2.2 chip from the tech and a gameshark to go with that. Sometimes shit don't work out for people!!! email me if you need questions answered.
