Has been working fine but suddenly every time I insert a cd even for reading only I get the famous "Blue screen"!!! fatal exception etc etc
Any thoughts??

Have now got a bit furthur. Blue screens seems to have been a driver problem.
The problem now is that I can only burn a cd in quantums of about 100 mega in other words in about 6 sessions!
If I try to burn the cd in "1 go" the system suddenly hangs at some random position and I have to reboot!!!

ahead 5.3 happens alsowith cd creator
