Need Operation Flashpoint file - IFC22.DLL

I am trying to update to version 1.4 but when I try to launch it, it says:

"This application has failed to start because IFC2.DLL was not found."

I have already applied the patch and the fixpatch but it says I am missing this file.

Can someone please email me the file or post a link to it.
