Well, I applied the latest 12-23 (game version 1.2.4) patch, and then copied over the 1.2.2 cracked exe file by Fairlight. The game seems to be running fine so far. However, it still says game version 1.2.2 on the main menu. According to GCW, both 1.2.2 and 1.2.4 share the same executable file. Can anyone confirm this?

I've just seen on isonews that FLTDOX have make a fixed exe for the wizardry 8 patch_12_23 so ...

Only problem is, IIRC, the FLT patches are always little more than generic unsafedisc cracks that allow you to play with a copied CD instead of an original, but don't work as noCD.
