Colin McRae Rally (1) Copy probz??
Has anyone managed to copy CM Rally at all?
I normally use Nero and CloneCD to copy my games, the ironic thing is I can make perfect copies of my PSX games but when I try to do a PC game it doesn't work??. Saying that isn't strictly true,it did manage to install from the CD-R but after the opening avi it asks for the original game disk. There must be some kinda 'check' when the game is starting, maybe a patched .exe I can d/l??

Hi folks.........let's me see.I remember this great game and it's horrible protection...It's something like securom but i think it's not.To copy this game..you will need a fixed or cracked cd placed on www.gamecopyworld.com or any cracking page.Just replace the original exe for the cracked one and toast with same label..Copying psx is not equal to copying pc games......pc games required some practice...

So what your saying is copy the entire contents of the CMRally CD onto my HD,replace the rally.exe with a patched one and then burn the lot onto a CD-R??
