Operation Flashpoint v1.0 to 1.29?

Is it possible to update version 1.0 from a backuped CD. When I try and patch it to version 1.20 it asks me to 'insert cd'. I can play version 1.0 with a no-cd crack but I'd like to update it a far as possible. Is there a way of doing this???

I don´t know how to patch up to 1.29. But to crack 1.20 just get unsafedisk 2_4_10 or however it´s named and use it on the Upgrade. Then try to upgrade.
