operation flashpoint no-cd doesn't work!!

I need a no-cd crack for operation flashpoint 1.20, but i can't get the Executable Archive extracted. it is probebly corrupt. can anybody help me?? the 1.10 no-cd worked. any other version is fine too, as long as it works.
one other question, can i play a 1.0 game online if i have 1.10??
