Need help making Black and white backup cd.

I tried making a backup cd via the instructions on gamefix. Though now my copy can't find a file called lhlogr.dll and won't work.

I read the original cd to my HD with Hitachi dvd-rom 2500 gd. I read somewhere that it doesn't read subdata. is that the problem??

I burned with the plextor 8432A IDE writer.

Can someone help me????
