running DISNEY TODDLER CD from Hard Drive ?

Can someone tell me how to make the
Disney Toddler Wiinie the Pooh interactive CD
look to the copy of the CD I have place on the
Hard Drive... is it a command line in an ini file or what?
Help a daddy do this for his mookie.
