i can´t join d2 bnet 1.09

it runs without cd but when i try to join trought bnet, it appears : bnet was unable to properly identify version
can anyone help me?
PS: my diablo2 is already patched with 1.09v

I'm having the same problem, but what also puzzles me is that no one has the 1.09B Patch available anywhere. BNET can probably detect the patch changes and won't let you online, but anyways someone please help!
