Any1 ever get the a working crack for Virtual Pool 3 (3.0.9.9) No-Cd

The on on gamecopyworld only will work if ourselves unsafe disc the exe now I have not been able to do this and have tried basically everything. After searching the forum Ive found a good 5-7 posts left unanswered about a crack for this version of the patch. I ask any cracking group to please reply why this wont work and will there ever be a fix of some sort.
