Operation Flashpoint patch doesn't do anything

Please anyone help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've installed the patch with the 2 files in the patch d/l section
of this site. The patcher gave no errors and I can ####t the game.
In the main menu the game indicates that it's version 1.10
But I have no new missions, vehicles or anything else.

What am I doing wrong ?

It´s normal.

This actualy Patch is ONLY a BugFix-Patch. I think U don´t have read the "Readme.txt" of the patch!?

Next week Codemasters will release a new update with new vehicals and other!!!
