Half-Life Official Updates - No Luck!

I can't seem to get my hands on an official update for Half-Life. I don't currently have it installed so don't want to use the 'autoupdate' from Sierra. Can't find the English version on Sierra's website and none of the links on GCW want to work. Also, am I going to be stuch downloading 20-30megs?? Only have a 56k so that would suck. Any help is appreciated.

both have valid links to all hl and cs files
and your looking at 80megs not 20 30
if you dont have broadband use a download manager such as getright or gozilla so you can resume unfinished downloads as it pleases you. or just buy blue shift as it has the latest version of hl on the cd.
