Clone CD ERROR

I have tried copyig Red Alert 2, well this problm actually goes for all games i copy.

when it tries to writ the cd it says.. SENSE KEY 5, ASC 0x20, ASQ 0x00

PLEASE HLP ME ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!

Also does n e 1 know how o makeit that when i get a reply to this message get an e-mil telling me i have a reply?

Red alert 2 has Safedisc2V!You need a patch pr you need a writer from Plextor or HP!!!!!!!!!!!
