On an unrelated note: I tried to find your Thank You button and failed. Most likely, another casualty of being neurodivergent. If you could help with that, I will thank you profusely as much as I can. |

If you have any questions just ask.
I made all of them. And I wish someone take over the database one day.

Is it possible to assign compression method names at my discretion? For example, I need xt91 instead of xtool or lolz instead of LOLZ_NORMAL.

LOLZ_NORMAL is just a preset of lolz.
You can use lolz just normal like you want. Example: srep+lolz:d32:mt8 Code:
LOLZ_FAST = lolz:d<expr:((0.25*freememory/11)-(32*1048576*2))/min(thread,16)/1048576>:mtt1:mt<expr:min(thread,16)>:fba4096:mc2 LOLZ_NORMAL = lolz:d<expr:((0.45*freememory/11)-(32*1048576*2))/min(thread,16)/1048576>:mtt1:mt<expr:min(thread,16)>:mc1023 LOLZ_HIGH = lolz:dtb1:d<expr:((0.65*freememory/11)-(32*1048576*2))/min(thread,16)/1048576>:mtt1:mt<expr:min(thread,16)>:mc1023 LOLZ_ULTRA = lolz:dtb1:d<expr:((0.85*freememory/11)-(32*1048576*2))/min(thread,16)/1048576>:mtt1:mt<expr:min(thread,16)>:mc1023

Hello!
I wanted to ask how to specify Diskspan gui a specific oodle library version to use while using the unreal plugin, as on the plugin it mentions 2.9.5 by default which is an old version...I wanted to use 2.9.15 for the game, but I don't know how to define a specific library on the plugin. Thanks in advance! |

You can find out available libraries in:
"Resources\Win64\ADDONS\Libraries\Oodle\Oodle_Libs .7z" If you need to use another library for the same version, example 2.9.10 #2, use it like this: :core_2.9.10:lib_2

Hi kaktor and cesar!
apparently just like both of you said to specify oodle version, I tried to do that on a game which uses the 2nd version of 2.9.10 and I'm sure as I have checked it using that specific version using Xtool. But Now if I try to specify that library on diskspan It doesn't give me a good ratio though I'm sure it uses 2.9.10 And This was the Algorithm I used but no work sadly: xtool:c32mb:mue5:mkraken,l7:core_2.9.10:lib_2+srep _new:392+lolz:dtb1:d43:mtt1:mt8:mc1023 Please tell me what mistake I made here, or is a problem of diskspan itself? |
