Where to buy NTSC-J original online

Is it possible to play original PS2 games in NTSC-USA format on a SCPH-30000 NTSC-j platform. If not is there anywhere to buy NTSC-J with english language ?

Right now its FFX im trying to get.

get it chipped so it plays imports

try an origa chip for japanese system...
i heard lik-sang has an FFX International (this one with an English voice over)
