Where can I get a patch for Alice?

Does anyone here know where i can get a patch for the new horror/adventure game Alice?

Its great, and I just want the patch so i can backup my copy...
If anyone knows can you tell me cause its really urgent.

Well... Is anyone gonna help me at all?? i have noticed that when people ask for cracks and patches on this site...no one really responds... If someone could help me that would be great... Anyone tell me some patch sites other than gamecopy world??? THANKS
