Replacin .EXE for No-Disc for SimTheme Park

First I'm a rookie at this, which is probably why I'm having trouble . I'm trying to play SimTheme Park withouth the CD. I download the patch from GCW but I get a .RAR file not a .EXE file. thus my question. How do I replace a .EXE file when what I download is a .RAR file

Please help!!!!

.rar is for a RAR archive (its a compression program similar to winzip)

go to http://www.rarsoft.com to get a copy of winrar, when you use this you will get the .exe file that you were expecting.
