1.-- Install Game, update to latest version + No-DVD.
2.-- Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)
2a.- Move Engine/Extras\Redist\en-us\UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe to _CommonRedist Conversion output folder.

Why not use proper path for UE4, When you say 2a.- Move Engine/Extras to _CommonRedist Conversion output folder.

_CommonRedist\Extras\Redist\en-us\UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe is the path from game ?!
