Blackbox repacks don't work well for eveyone since it needs a lot of RAM and powerful CPU's!!!
I remember having an issue with a repack of Max Payne 3 done by Blackbox
I finally decided to get rid of it!!!!

I know this is some time past.

If you're using precomp, look at arc temp folder for precomp files. Look there if the files get changed after a few minutes (look for file timestamp. Press F5 for refresh or switch directory and go back in). Also look up task manager if precomp is working. Repeat this every 20 minutes and see what happen.

Precomp will take "his" time to work, so just be patient.

It can take a while, for such a big game at least up to 6 hours (depending on your cpu/ram/hdd).

I indeed cheked temp files size and timestamps, and they remained the same for more than 4/5 hours, that's why I guessed the conversion hanged.

Tested and working 100% on W10x64

BR25 Conversion 40% Threshold (2 languages only) => Vol1 23.483Mb / Vol2 7.562Mb

Have to test bik reencoding yet.
