Dragonbll Z legends game - need help with ps-x change 2 version convertor-Can't get the darn thi

I have the Dragonball Z legends - imported game - I bought the PS-X change version 2 - I followed the directions, I put the converter disc in....it tells me to remove the disc and insert the imported game, when I follow the instructions, the screen gives me about 10 rows of blank zeros....are there codes to put in here???? Help if you can, very frustrated.....thank you.......
