No music in X-Men Mutant Academy 2 PAL/UK

Made a backup of xma2 from a cue/bin file with Fireburner (cdrwin doesn't work with my burner) and everything worked well. All the 12 audio-tracks are on the right place and I'm able to listen on them on a cd-player. But when I'm testing the game on my playstation there is no music at all. The sound-effects and the movies works well.
How does it come, is the game cd-protected in some sort of way or is it some limitation in the burning-software? I don't have a chip yet, but will soon buy one. For now I'm using the swap-trick to lure my backups, maybe that's the problem.

Thanks for an answer!
