Need help with ISS Pro Evolution

I need some help with the soccer game ISS Pro evolution. I use CDRWIN to create .cue and .bin files. However, when I try to read from the CD it only creates one hugh cue-file and no bin-file? How come? I need the bin-file cause I have to apply a patch to it before burning it. How can I make CDRWIN to create both a cue and a bin file? I have no problems creating both files when reading from other games.
