Small help to complete myh batch file

Hello,

I'm writing a batch file to convert .bik files to a lesser size with out using the bink interface. Everything is working but I have problem I want to rename to the .exe file when the batch ends but it's not working. When my batch file starts it'll rename convert.bin to convert.exe after the process I want it to rename back to convert.bin but when I put that in it gives an error and close I tried move and copy with out any luck.

Is there way to get this done ??
