patching ?'s

I have a couple of ?'s about patching. I am trying to burn Triple Play Baseball (2002). I believe it is protected. When I went for a patch the only listing was "PAL/NTSC Selector". Is that the patch I need or is it something else? I am confused because it didn't say anything about protection fix. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am still new at this. Thanx in advance!!

PAL to NTSC Selector means that you can choose between this two options.
PAL is for European regions, like my area Sweden.
NTSC is U.S.A and Japan.
So if you import an game you can use this one so you can play it in Europe.
Otherwise you have the opposite way, so you can play it in US.
I looked for another patch for this one but couldnīt find it.
So if youīre game is copyproteced and you want to make an backup so your brother or your kids donīt mess it up, you have to look around more to find it.
Sorry for that and hope this have helped you a little bit.
