help me please. I've tried to make a copy of my original game gran turismo 2 but it won't run on my ps one. It has a modchip so i don't understand. I made the copy with easy cd creator 4.

thats where you went wrong with easy creater its crap for psx games use cdrwin its not protected (pal) if you get a game which is protected you need ppf-o-matic to patch the game you can use cd clone if its 100% compatible with your writer (few writers are) them no need to patch the games (unless its mod chiped protected and then you will need to patch the game) look on ####://www.megagames.com all you need to know is on there and the software you need

NO!!! That's where you're wrong. I copy GT2 using Easy Creater and it worked PERFECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

easycreater is CRAP FULLSTOP i have got it alot of come here and say that easy creater will not copy and when they use cdrwin they can do it end of the day its crap for psx games its ok for mp3s into audio but that it

I REALLY DONT CARE. IF EASYCREATER STILL MAKES A WORKING COPY OF THE GAMES, GOOD. OKAY. NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME DOWNLOADING AND INSTALL NEW SOFTWARE AND REINSTALLING WINDOWS IF IT MESSES UP MY CD-WRITER.

but i will support backitup with his statement about using Easy cd creator for PSX backups, which i also agree with and so do all but one of the members of this forum!

Otje, listen to backitup and spooky, Easy coaster creator will backup some games but not most, Personally i wouldn't waste my time or my cdr's trying to burn with this program. you can get a free demo of clonecd or cdrwin at the site backitup mentioned in his post above.
