A question which to my kowledge has never been answered

tho i have asked it a few times...........

is there anyway i can get my ps2 to output in 60hz?

this could be in 1 of a number of ways.....

either
1) some sort of chip / bios hack
2) a patch for the games
3) or if i copy NTSC games will they just default to 60hz on my ps2 (not chipped yet but will be once the neo3 is out)

P.S backed up my 1st games today. smugglers run. shame i cant test it yet! thought i could maybe fool it by swapping the CD mid way inthe game but it is either smart to it or my copy is dud.....timee will tell.

incidently if you like smugglers run try codemasters insane on the PC. its like smugglers run but imo better.
