A GI ile is a GLOBAL IMAGE file, proprietary to PrimoDVD (I reckon). This file contains a "rolled up" image of the DVD plus information on how to redistribute the data back to the DVD-R when you burn.

So you use the Quickstart section of the HELP function in PrimoDVD to make the GI image on your hard disk. Then you use the tutorial on burning DVD-Rs to be found on ####://www.ps2ownz.com to complete the process burning back to the DVD-R.

I will be sending you my own complete tutorial tomorrow when I've finished putting it together.
