PATCH HELP AGAIN??
Hi
Okay I've made an .bin file and cuesheet for final fantasy 7 using cdrwin I downloaded a patcher program called pal4u, since the patch I was gonna use had a .p4u extension I got a message saying the patch worked and to enjoy but now I don't know what to burn, should I burn the .cuesheet the .bin or the new .p4u file on my h/d, please I've already wasted many cd-r. Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks.. |

I am assuming you have a pal copy of FF7.
FF7 is not protected so you just need to burn using CDRWIN. the .bin file is the game data and the .cue file tells cdrwin where it is and what to do with it. These must never be copied to other locations after downloading else they dont refer to eachother then. In cdrwin you load the .cue file and burn. The patch you have is a PAL4U patch and it is used when you get an ntsc game and you want to convert it to play in PAL, it basically searches for all ntsc stuff and converts it to pal stuff and visa versa. best to download to HD again and burn. helpful location for u http://www.geocities.com/akahomeruk/ to patch games you need to d/l ppf-o-matic I thinks it on this site |
