PSX2? do you need a modchip?

Just wondering if the psx2 needs a mod chip to play burned games. Are the burned games self booting or do they need a boot disk?
Someone please help. Thanks.

Yes you need the NEO2 chip best place to get it is either www.playstationmods.com or www.kanection.co.uk both offer installation service both very reliable and both in th UK.
and yes for PS2 games you need the Action Replay boot disk available from the sites above but you dont need the boot disk to play your old psx backups

burning ps2 games never worked untill the day that i visited this page.
tip: don't use a crack on cdrwin, it will make much coasters, just use the demo version which is easy to find (crwin 3.8)
