new to burning psx games

Hi, I have a hp 9150i cd writer. I just got it not to long ago and im totally lost about how to burn psx games. The burner came with hp's own software to burn cds. Ive tried burning it on 1x, 2x, and letting the software calculate the burn speed its self. After i burn it i put it in my playstation and in the middle of playing it starts to glitch and then it locks up. I dont have a mod chip, im using a Code Card because i have an older playstation (was made in 1997). So what am i doing wrong? Thanks for your help!

You need to get yourself some proper software mate, the ones they give you with the writers are crap mate. Mail me and i'll let you know what you need and help you with it. Just remind me who you are when you mail me. ;D

also take a trip to www.geocities.com/akahomeruk - there is a in depth tutorial there that should hepl you get started. there is also the option to download the needed software and software for applying patches. )
