Madden 2005 Collector's Edition

I burned my first DL game and it didn't work (matrix green dot) I thought it was the burn or the unit not being able to read dual layer. However I did another one and it worked, which tells me it must be some sort of softlock which EA is famous for. (The working one was Shadow of the Colossus)
I assume it must be that b/c everything else works fine. Also weird thing my original of shadow wouldn't run nor the backup. It was some weird screen setting on the matrix so anyone having "no load" issues try turning everything off on the matrix. Does this Madden need a patch or something?

I assumed this to be the case and I went to consoloe copy world but their newest patch is madden 2002.

Does anyone know of a more up to date site.

Before anyone flames, I read the rules and it was talking about not being able to discuss a lot, mods, downloads for isos, etc. but nothing about patching.

Also it said no links to HDD mods but I have seen a ton (one sticky) that had links in it so I just wanted everyone to know ahead of time I did do what I felt was diligent to determine if this post was legit or not.
