Need Mod Info

This is all pretty new to me, just looking for confirmation that if I buy and install a mod chip for PS2-USA it really works as easy as they say. If someone has one and it works please let me know.

The best and easiest thing is to buy an external mod chip (Game Enhancer). It will play all your copied cd-r games and imports. It also has cheat codes and stuff like that. They are very cheap and plug right into one of the ports in the back of your playstation without the need of opening it up and messing with the circuitry. You can buy one here:

Thanks for the info. I called them up and they said they have nothing yet for a PS2 US version. I guess I'll just have to keep paying and bee patient. Modchip.com claims they have one that works. Do you happen to know anything about them?

Will purchasing an external game enhancer work on anti-mod screens if I already have a mod chip installed? (assuming I can find codes?)
