Is there a patch needed for Tony Hawk's 1 & 2??

New to doing playstation games as i only just got 1 so i need to know if a patch is needed for them??
Psx copyworld doesnt have one so i thought i'd better find out before i end up with costers trying to do them!

i made a 1:1 copy using cd-rwin.. i dunno if i it has mod detection.. because my chip is pretty old. i didnt have to use patches on it.. are you talking about pal/ntsc?
