That gameshark CD file on megagames what does it do?? it is a gameshark on cd?? do i need the cartridge to use it?? i mean just give me a brief description before i burn the damn thing

no u dont need a cartidge it acts like one
once it boots up u can type in those codes that are everywhere so u can have infinite lives etc
