PS2 modchips
Instead of modding a PS2 myself I was thinking of ordering a premodded PS2 and save the headache of doing it myself .
Is the DMS4 Pro S.E. chipped PS2 a good way to go since it cost more than the others? If anyone knows of a better place to order from than the link below, please let me know. Thanks in advance!!!! http://www.xmodd.com/premod.htm |

If it was my money i would just go buy a new console from a local store then send it to Spedmetal at www.norcalmods.com. It would be a little cheaper NTM you can rest assured you have a quality chip and install.

Damn, they are out of Crystal 1.1 chips.... ![]() I also didn't realize you cannot have a harddrive connect with a new PS2. Only up to V13 and less will work.

I installed it myself and it works great, however i'm not satisfied with the quality of my work. My first PS2 modding was more difficult than i imagined. |
