What CD Burning program do I use to burn .iso?

What CD Burning program should I use to burn DC games in .iso format....also do .iso game usually require boot disk?

Depends on the ISO format, dci=discjuggler, nrg=nero.

Best bet is DiscJugg, which is made by padus, check out there site for a free demo download.
