Any way to get rid of 50hz/60hz screen in Soul Calibur?

Is there any way to get rid of the 50hz / 60hz screen when you turn Soul Calibur on?

I got this game when I first began burning DC games, so I don't remember who released it.

When the game boots up, the screen is flashing (as if playing a PAL game on an NTSC TV). You have to choose 60hz, press A, and then the game doesn't flash anymore.

Is there any way to get rid of this screen through patching, hex editing, shaman magic?

Thanks for any info.
