downsampling problems whith Dragons blood backup

Hi everybody,

i ripped Dragons Blood. (946Mo-no CDDA)
i have no *.sfd, sfa, sfv, Wav,PCM or Raw files to downsample
i got just *.img, *.elf, *.str or *.apm.

i have no idea what they are and what tot do with them.

any ideas ?
