Most new games put their configuration files and saved games into the home directory of the current user. On the usual Windows installation, this is "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\<game name>" or similar.

C:\Documents and Settings\My Username\My Documents\NFS Most Wanted\Folders with the names you used in the game
