id3 tag help please

can anyone help tell me how to put the id3 tag on my mp3's please.Having twelve albums on one disk with only the track numbers to go by is a little much(ie ; i have twelve track 1's and twelve track 2's etc).
please help !!!

Sorry to tell you this but in order to change the id3tags of your mp3s you have to put them back to your hard drive. then using the appropriate software you can change the tags, and put the songs back to a cd. At least that's what I think you should do. You can't change the id3tags of your mp3s when they are burned already onto a cd.
