does the gameshark cd help?

I saw the dload link for the Gameshark v3.3 on the gamecopyworld site..Is it the same gameshark cd that is provided by sega for playing import games? can it be used as a boot cd? is it vga compatible?

Gameshark? Provided by Sega? Sega providing a tool to play IMPORTS when they're the ones who wanted them incompatible? You're really funny!!!!

Sega doesn't make Gameshark and Sega deliberately designed Dreamcasts from different countries to not work with foreign games. Gameshark is made by a totally different company, independent of Sega!

Just wondering... Got an ORIGINAL SEGA DC console, why can I play NTSC games like NBA2k2 in my Pal console then? Or are all the released games already patched to work on any console?
