The MvsC2 file that I burned un-rar'd to a mere 650mb.

Or maybe you just dont know what a gig is, heres some help:
1 Gigabyte (G / GB) = 10^9 bytes = 1,024 megabytes
1 Gigabyte (G / GB) = 2^30 bytes = 1,073,741,824 bytes
