in need of assistance

I know that a normal self-booting game has 2 sessions- a CDDA and a CDXA session, and those games can be copied with discjuggler. Has anyone ever seen a copy which only registers as a single CDDA session, and is REALLY small (i mean less than a meg)? I try to make an image file from the cd, and I get a tiny useless image file. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you're trying to copy ORIGINAL Dreamcast (GD-ROM) discs with your CD Burner. This is ****IMPOSSIBLE****!!! The only way you can make copies of original Dreamcast game discs is to "RIP" them using a serial cable between your Dreamcast and PC. If you try to copy the game using a Burner, all you will get is the first little session (the boot session) and none of the data. If you look at a GD-ROM disc, you'll see a band between the inner and outer data areas. Anything toward the outside of this band is unreadable by a CD Burner. It'll only see what is near the center of the disc before the band.

no no no- I'm trying to copy already burned games. I have been successful with most of the games I've tried, but I'm telling you, there are some games that only register on my computer or through discjuggler as only a couple hundred kilobytes (I think shenmue, sonic shuffle, and vampire chronicle). Now these games actually work when I try them on my dc. I don't know if the guy who made these copies did some special tricks, but if anyone knows about it, please respond.

Is there any visible unburned gap between the data tracks if you look at the data area? If so, maybe someone has developed a method that mimmicks the GD-ROM format (possible, but I would think unlikely).
