Area 51 no cd exe problem !!plz help!!

hello everyone i installed area 51 and played it with my cd. but i allways use the no cd exe because i get burned out on games fast so i go back a forth to other games that i have well this is the first time having trouble with a no cd exe. this is what i done and what it is doing i install the game the it says to finish the install restart so i do. then i get the no cd fix from gamecopyworld and move all the files to the dir. of the game. then it ask do u want to replace the files that are the same i say yes. then i close everthing down go to open the game and it just brings up the hour class for a sec then gone thats all it does. am i doing something wrong with it? i updated my video drivers and i have a 256 geforce 5500 fx card so if you have any ideas plz help thank you

You say you used the CD? I'd say you have apresent waiting on your system: Starforce III

Go to device manager and uninstall that junk. Then play the game.

i dont have starforce driver on it i allready uninstalled it. it slowed my pc down bad.

Well reinstall the game and first thing you do is overwrite the files from the crack intot he dir. I did that and it worked for me. You can also try to go into the properties of the exe and change the compatibility to windows 2000 and try it.

still didnt work. Is there anyone that got the area 51 no cd exe to work for them?

I did, I beat the game, I think you may actually be experiancing a crash early in start of the game. my game crashed many times in the last level. I would try to do what i did, turn off the monitor because it removes stress fromt he system which i belive there is a codeing in area 51 that overloads it, espeially int he last mission, the core.
