Needing assistance with first sessions that are too small!

I have the cdi for Alien Front Line,cant burn because the first session is too small. Cdifix wont do single audio tracks, and nero will burn it as an NRG, but once i get past the menus-almost to game screen- my system resets to ####tup. Any ideas? I have been searching through posts, and made a bunch more coasters. and i did register, but it keeps telling me its inactive...?
