Need some help with copying a pc game

Can someone please help.
I am pretty dumb so it will have to be a step by step instruction.
I have got Medal of Honor Allied Assault and Medal of Honor Spearhead expansion pack for PC that I would love to copy for my grandson. Only problem is it won't copy and even if I load it to the PC it requires the discs to run it.
Hoping someone can help me.

I would love to copy for my grandson.

Coping a game for someone else is not allowed! It is breaking the law! Read the EULA (End Users License Agreement) on the CD's.
You may only make one backup for yourself but not for anyone else!

Grumpy I guess you could say I am copying it for myself or maybe that isn't quite correct. I just don't want grandson stuffing up the originals so thought I would give him a copy to play with.

So what you are telling me is you want the backups for your grandson to use whilst he is at your place, playing on your computer? Not for him to take back to his house?
If this is so, then just use a NoCD cracked exe, therefore saving you from using any CD's to play!
