Gameboy Roms

Gotta question, not sure if it will make much sense. I just made my Gameboy Roms game into a selfboot but ran into a problem with the winceos.bin file.... not sure what I need to do with it since its a windows ce game so I left it alone. My game will now self boot but I cant get any of the gameboy rom games to work... not sure if I should of done something extra since its a windows ce game when I was converting it, I was following the Echelon tutorial and couldnt figure it out what to do with it. Thanks!!

Using the Echelon tutorial, you're supposed to go ahead and do the BINHACK even though you have a WINCEOS.BIN file. BINHACK will detect the WINCE file and ignore it, but still do anything else it may need to do (patch the IP.BIN?).

I did that, finished the whole tutorial and the cd didnt work properly. But Im unclear about how to patch the bin file or why I would need to. Can you give me some more info or where can I find the info about window CE games.
